Unless an advantage was deliberately added, he’s not cheating. He’s using the legs he was given. Changes would be hard. It would probably be like asking the others to run bare footed. We need to leave him alone and learn from him, if any changes need to be made in the future.

The only unfair advantage I can see is that his heart and lungs doesn’t have to work as hard to process the Co2. Since his legs are gone, the blood that would have been there now has a better chance to exchange all the negatives and reprocess better. Not being in the medical field, I don’t know how to state this better. Just hope it’s understood.
