Theres GOT to be a way she can sue the train company....Failure to yield right of way; failure to swerve to avoid the collision; horn too quiet; faulty track design (dampening rumble); failure to post train schedule along the route; excessive speed (a 1 mph train could have stopped in time) ... might sound far-fetched, but somewhere in a lawyers office, these ideas are flying around the conference table.
