My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Good morning everyone.
Edward Dowden, In July
Why do I make no poems? Good my friend
Now is there silence through the summer woods,
In whose green depths and lawny solitudes
The light is dreaming; voicings clear ascend
Now from no hollow where glad rivulets wend,
But murmurings low of inarticulate moods,
Softer than stir of unfledged cushat broods,
Breathe, till o'er drowsed the heavy flower-heads bend.
Now sleep the crystal and heart-charmed waves
Round white, sunstricken rocks the noontide long,
Or 'mid the coolness of dim lighted caves
Sway in a trance of vague deliciousness;
And I,--I am too deep in joy's excess
For the imperfect impulse of a song.

Both your plants look healthy. That cactus is really tall!

Great place Cape Flattery.
A perfect place for a poet’s muse to awaken
under nature’s cool cape
while the sound of water’s breathing in and out
from little coves covered in moist moss
cool, dark, calm, quiet, and sublime
coaxing the songs of summer from the wind.

Applause..
I once had this picture as a desktop..I think I’ll put it back! It brings out the child wanting to go exporing in me.
I want to be there.

Compelling that's a good word to use for this scene.
It draws one into the picture, then releases
one’s mind to wind travel in a serendipitous rhythm,
a wending through space and time.
To: Soaring Feather
Indeed..It’s back on my desktop..It is a compelling scene.
