Gross.
Bleu cheese and pretzels. Yum.
By itself, yeah, bleu cheese is not on my list of delicacies, in fact I completely dislike it, but crumbled over the top of a hot steak and stuck under the broiler just long enough to brown it — 7th Heaven. I mean, you have not LIVED until you’ve had great beef with the benefit of a touch of bleu cheese.
It also makes for killer hamburgers. Use 5-6 parts ground beef plus 1 part crumbles bleu cheese when you fomr the patties; I guarantee an eye-popping YYYUUUMMMM!!!
