ASPEN, Colo. — You don't have to pack your bags quite yet, but passenger travel to the Moon is on the flight manifest of a space tourism company.

The price per seat will slap your wallet or purse for a swift $100 million — but you'll have to get in line as the first voyage is already booked.

Space Adventures, headquartered in Vienna, Va., is in negotiations with the customers who will fly the first private expedition to fly around the Moon.

"I hope to have those contracts signed by the end of the year," said Eric Anderson, Space Adventures' president and CEO.

Anderson outlined the future for his space travel firm during Flight School, a workshop for commercial space and private aviation ventures, held here June 20-22 at the Aspen Institute

.

LOL!

The moon is 350x325 in the enlarged photo and wider BG

350x350 on the first TP .gif version looked lousy so I went back to the NASA proportions and added top and bottom BG

Round never seems to be round out in space

No, that moon isn’t perfectly round but probably some black area was lost.

I tried reducing size and that just put the moon to one side and the wolf in outer space, lol.

The lunar trip will be more than $300 Million in total. Would you go if the trip were free, or take a ten percent cash - out option as per the following...
