I live in the Space Coast area of Florida. There is no reason why that shuttle couldn’t have landed here after making a second spin around the earth. The clouds moved out and the skies were blue. This was a $3 Million dollar waste of taxpayer money now to have it trucked back all the way to Cape Canaveral.
So that is why the steps were lowered...
In a minute, I’ll put what we recorded on the twin sonic booms Those that never heard it will be impressed. Very powerful and the recording came out well. You can hear it shake my patio.
