But the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control tells the A-P the beer-sicles may violate state regulations. The regs require that beer be served in its original container or served to the customer immediately once it's poured. The department plans to send an agent to investigate.

Translation: You have to keep the beer-sicle sales "on the down-low".

I was thinking: why not just freeze the beer in its own stein? The law doesn’t seem to specify at what temperature it’s to be served ;o)
