Companies that refuse to hire illegal aliens ...

I think we should keep track of those companies who are doing a splendid job of NOT hiring illegals! This morning in our local edition of The Arizona Republic Business section there was an article re: the firm stance that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins has taken with ensuring that NO illegal aliens are hired on at any of their franchises. They are utilizing the federal government's Basic Pilot program to conduct electronic background checks. Franchise owners who don't follow this policy are taken to court.

Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins/Togos ... FINALLY a company with backbone! Does anyone else know of other companies that are struggling to adhere to NO illegal aliens in their workforce? And how are they going about it? Falsified documents ARE still a problem but DD/BR/Togos seems to have been successful in ferreting out those franchises who knowingly allowed the fake documents and then paid the employee in cash so that it wouldn't be caught at it!!

HEY! Excellent resource, K4Harty! Thank you.

Sad that it’s such a short list, though, innit? Well, I will go to Applebee’s more often now! And Dunkey Donuts is already on my list ...

Thanks!

You’re welcome. Try and google different combinations and even include your geographic city/county. I heard about this one on a radio show when I lived in CA. There are more, I just can’t think of them.
