Florida's Lost Tourist Attractions has some of the campy theme parks and rides from old Florida. Fun to remember some of them.

My favorite has to be Star Tours at Disney.

Rode it for the first time in 1987...it still leaves me laughing...took my 4-year old on it on Memorial Day, and he’s still talking about his trip into space.

I will always be partial to the Loch Ness Monster at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, because I remember waiting for years to be tall enough to ride it. When I finally was I didn’t want to be all girly and hold his hand, so he just held up his index finger for me to grab on to if need be.

It was white from lack of circulation at the end of the ride.

Best ride of all time: the now-defunct Texas Cyclone.

The wooden roller-coaster at Ocean View Amusement Park in Norfolk, VA was the best cheap dates until they blew it up for a made-for-TV movie.

I’ve always liked Disneyland’s Pirates of the Caribbean. The scariest part was always trying to remove the eyeliner.

The Boardwalk in Santa Cruz CA. was the best years ago when I was a kid. Now I like the rides at 6 flags Arlington with the grandkids.

That statement just took me through a time warp and an intraplanetary cultural mind shift. Wow.......

So far "X" at Magic Mountain (CA) is on the top of the list...

Although we waited for 3 hours to ride it, it was well worth the 15 seconds or so of the ride.

Goliath comes in 2nd.

Millee, gadzooks! I hope you are happy... with what you started!

The Vatican Tunnel of Love ride... is my favorite!

For the last time... you are too old to play on the human bars!

Millee, dear, that Six Flags Over Mexico bungee jump... sucks!
