Seriously though the Sopranos franchise is a huge money maker, there is no way that Tony Soprano can be killed, he is like immigration reform, too much at stake for too many people to quietly like that there...
Tony Soprano would be a better Senator from NJ than either Frank the “lout” Lautenberg or Bob “payday” Menendez..
I am only half kidding about that...
So I guess you don’t watch movies, or plays, or look at art, or.....
I watch a lot of TV, and -- EVERY WEEK -- I know MORE about the REAL world -- plus ancient and modern history, cooking, science, how to fix my house... or actually build something. And on and on, you name it.
Sheesh, Anti TV snobs bore me. It’s not TV, it’s what you pay attention to...especially if you have cable -- IOW, just like the Internet.

I mean for goodness sakes, even franchises like “wings” are still going on, how much would a Sopranos movie be worth, maybe 300 million or 400 million?
they kept making you think-is it the guy in the work clothes with the hat?or the two young black guys?or the hoodlum -looking type who went to the can?is the shooter waiting for the daughter to come in so he can whack tony in front of his family?and they leave you hanging-maybe cormac mccarthy wrote the episode-he often has very strange endings to his novels-he’s the best living writer,but what do i know? :)

BaDaBing! I think you are the winner. The last 5 mins. I was watching every fringe character for a move on Tony, AJ car to explode, Meadow to get hit by a truck crossing the street. Just because none of that happened doesn’t change the tension of the ending.

I thought it left a big opening for something down the road [i.e. movie]. That man who went into the bathroom was very suspicious. Otherwise, I was sure that Paulie was going to lose it and go down in flames. I was dead wrong about that.
Maybe because they have no other way to entertain themselves like, for instance, watching television.

When the scene first opened in Holsten’s, it showed a group of people in the dining area. I thought that was Tony and Carm and some friends -— and then it showed T at the mini juke. I was a little confused.
I think I want to watch the ending again on tomorrow’s rerun.
I don’t know why I want to do this to myself! I’m really happy the whole thing is over!

To me it’s more like you’re either a cheap bastard or too stupid to make viewing choices for yourself.
Even the oldest ones have a tuner. You don’t have to watch anything that offends you.
