I knew someone who drove on a suspended license and got 3 days in the slammer for it. That was one time and this person wasn’t even under the influence. So, I don’t know why some people are syiang 45 days is excessive for 3 violations with 2 of them involving alcohol.

What people fail to remember with Paris is that she was on probation and a JUDGE had taken her license. She is a dang fool. BUT she pushed this and must now pay the price. She is a 26 year old woman - she is getting what she asked for - a big ol’ spanking from the judge. I think she can handle it.

For the record, only one of her violations involved alcohol. That said, I still don’t consider 45 days to be excessive for someone who violated the conditions of her probation on 3 counts.
