For the record, only one of her violations involved alcohol. That said, I still don’t consider 45 days to be excessive for someone who violated the conditions of her probation on 3 counts.

You’re right, there was only one dui. What the other problem was her failure to enroll in a alcohol program within a specified period of time. Therefore, she violated her (3 year) probation 3 times.
