I read some of those threads. I agree about protecting people who would be in danger if they were deported.

I don’t support the Senate amnesty bill. It actually hinders cracking down on human traffickers because it allows cities to refuse to cooperate with the feds on immigration. There was a recent case in which the feds busted a slavery ring (Minnesota?) and the local govt. and police not only didn’t cooperate but complained about the feds doing it.
