Actually, the big secret is that it really only rains in the winter and spring here, though then it's pretty much constant. Summer and fall, it's wonderfully clear and mild. But don't tell...there are too many people here already!

I used to see them all the time, hunting rabbits in my pasture. If hunting was slow, they eat horse droppings. I haven't heard them for awhile now. Someone, or something probably got them, it's a hard world for the little things.

I shot them too... with my camera. :~) They weren't hurting nobody.

I’ve seen loose dogs do that too. If you live and keep sheep, protecting them is your responsibility, I don’t argue that. But they aren’t a threat to me.

My issue is that Freepers act like it’s someone’s fault they exist. I live in the country, I expect them to exist, and think it would be a shame if they were all gone.

You are absolutely right about loose dogs.

NO I do not advocate killing “all” coyotes. I know their value to the environment. But their numbers do need to be controlled. That is why in many places out west mostly you can shoot them on sight. Here is God forsaken NYS it’s October to March.
