I just experienced something I have never before. No question TJ has a behavior problem, this was expected. Today ‘behaviour’ experts came out to try to see what his problem is. So help me to the Lord above, they said when he starts acting up put him in the Connor for five minutes and then tell him he must not act like that. Honest to Goodness, I faked a upset stomach and go the hell out of there (excuse me). They were give off the wall type stuff that goodness knows the ‘do righters’ have taken over the discipline of the children.

So spanking and switching on his legs are no-no’s. I didn’t do much of either, and my own kids grew up just fine....actually, they now laugh and confess that they yelled real loud to make me think I was hurting them. LOL

These “experts” don’t know today’s children...sitting in a corner doesn’t register w/them. The people I know who went into this kind of work usually majored in sociology, which is not rocket science.

The adoption papers are in the system now, it won’t be long and then I am sure he will understand the word ‘no’ and small thing like that, that I am sure of.

I'm listening to an interesting discussion of the 6 day War on Prager's show. Michael Orem is the author being interviewed. He says the War was an unequivocal success which still is true today.

Inside stuff today...I'm even down in the basement doing some straightening.
