Whoa!

We got our rain and them some. First the winds came which reminded me of dust storms because the ground was very dry. After about 20 minutes of dust the rain hit and lastest a little over an hour.

I bet we got 2-3 inches.

The soil was so dry there are few puddles. It soaked it up like a sponge.

We’ve had a beautiful sunshine day here today. Worked outside for a while this morning. Been pretty lazy the rest of the day.

Sad news to report, went outside a while ago and there was ‘mom’ pawing on ‘Tom’ trying to get him up, dead as a doornail. Had his funeral, a private one and Mom is still calling for him.....Got to get some more but where oh where.

I hate that Geraldo is a regular on Fox now, I DO NOT like this man at all.
