This is something about women that confounds me. As a woman, you have to realize that if you marry a man 15-20 years your senior, that you can expect to spend about 20 years as a widow. Not saying that women shouldn't marry older men, if that's what makes them happy, but that sure does seem like a lot to have to live with.

Now that is a georgeous women. Catherine Zeta Jones!!!! How can we get her to be First Lady. Can she marry a Republican quick. lol. America would have instant class with her!!!!!! While I’ll agree that the thread degenerated into unseemly comments, I’m not at all certain that it was Fredheads that were posting them. Just the opposite perhaps. And some of the few pictures that are available of Jeri are not a fair representation, being taken at formal functions, eveningwear etc.

The issue of the age difference will come up and there is no point avoiding it. I’ve known many couples that have large age differences, and every one of them are soul-mates.

Jeri won’t be a liability IMO. Our culture reveres youth and beauty. If she remains poised in her behavior and comments, she and Fred will be fine in answering the inevitable prying questions about how love blossomed when it did for them.

I hate to say it, but Dennis Kucinich has the edge over Fred on this playing field.

Your statement is valid only to the extent that Kucinich shot and hit way out of his own league. In straight-up terms, Fred's wife is much more attractive than Kucinich's.
