Nope. Just working around the yard, if possible.
Murtha is shameless. Robert Novak's column (townhall.com) today documents still another instance of his using taxpayer money to reward his contributors and playing loose w/the dems own rules as well as undermining our troops.

Good morning, Molly! Got in late last night from a train trip I took to the western slope to see a friend. Just got on Bill Bennett’s show. Breathtaking and tear jerking, as usual, on such a monumental Day of Remembrance. Had dinner on the train last night with a man that was also in Patton’s army (different Division) with my dad. He didn’t say a whole lot, but his dear wife has been listening to way too much liberal talk about the war.....went to Iraq for oil, will never win, etc. I talked some about it, but she is so ingrained in the liberal lies that she may be a lost cause.
Back up to the Hospital to bring R coffee and breakfast.
He’s still vomiting and what not this morning so he’ll be there today still.
I’ll keep posted when i get back.
Back later...off to work.
Thanks, Dog. Very interesting. Has the question EVER been answered...... Whether or not AQI was in Iraq before we went in, why do they command such a presence in Iraq on the front lines against us TODAY?
My best for Zay and all of you.
Later. Off to work outside.
Raven, you outdid yourself on 101! Very funny!!
lysie, yes, I remember about your Grandpa! And you know...when we passed thru Seneca County 4 years ago, we realized that Memorial Day got started in upstate New York, and the small town there was immensely proud of its role in that remembrance.
Carolina, I've got that story to link...
Dog, thanks for the AQ story.
We'll be heading out soon for the annual Memorial Day Hedge Trimming Event...it has to dry up a little...
And I've registered on another site, but continue here out of stubbornness, for one thing.
Yes, Molly, I am a big fan of rail riding, especially out here with the cross country trains. Amtrak has put a new feature on the California Zephyr (Chicago - San Francisco) called something like “Trails and Rails” and it is run by volunteers in the National Park Service and they narrate historical information along the route, answer questions, etc.
Z may be spinning this to look like a position of strength, but I think al-Masri has his hands full right now in Iraq.
Your way with words. Such a gift. Wish I had it. I’m always glad to see you. When I think of you, my heart is happy. Have you begun your gardens?
I’ve been wondering where you were. I imagine a lot of goings on at the Academy today?
Please let us know how Zay is. I’ll be thinking of him throughout the day.
Well take this day and REST, Toby. Don’t want you all worn out.
Today is a day to pay tribute to those who have fought for our country, honor those who have survived their wounds and quietly say thanks for those who have given their all. Thank you to all who have served in our military.
Nice celebration.
