Real men cook over charcoals. Not gas grills.
I just returned to charcoal after about 11 years on gas. I loved my gas grill but I could no longer keep it running. The parts that the replacement part fasten to are gone. I could not find a grill that used lava rocks in my area. I like that kind better than the other. A few weeks ago I switched back to a small grill and I like better. Personal choice but I’ll stay with the charcoal for a while.
