No, the flag is properly displayed. It’s to be displayed as if the wearer is charging forward and it’s blowing in the wind.
and please, does anyone actually believe Kerry cares if this stupid kid is from Pittsburgh???? Kerry is not from Pittsburgh, his wife’s favorite husband is from Pittsburgh!

No. Check the starboard side of any aircraft displaying the American Flag and it should be the same. The flag is always moving forward, (i.e. blowing towards the rear).
