The Florida Lottery is refusing to pay a $500,000 prize until it can inspect the $20 scratch-off ticket, which officials said Thursday appears to be a misprint.

And another thing...IF it is a misprint the printer should fork out the moola..IMO.

I used to work for a rather large printing operation. Before an item even got to the presses it was checked and rechecked. Someone made a big boo boo.

If it’s a misprint, the ticket holder WINS

If it’s an altered ticket, the ticket holder is charged with fraud.
