I've done the MS 150 in three states now.

I have done the Houston to Austin MS-150 ten times. It is a great feeling to be out there with 13,000 other riders all at the same time.

BTW-Don't you find it funny that no one here complains about the 30 million dollars the Houston to Austin MS-150 raises each year for the MS Society?

My favorite part was the [down]hills around Bastrop State Park.

That, and the guy with the kid's Burley trailer behind him--which held a 1/2 keg of beer packed in ice...

My fave MS150 was the Minnesota one -- Noran Clinic. Duluth (tip of Lake Superior) to Anoka (northern Mpls suburb).

At the end of the first day, when my mind was trashed, I wandered into the Hinckley, MN high school auditorium to set up my sleeping bag, and watched "The Matrix" with my mind dead from the ride.

It *really* made the eerieness of the movie stand out.
