AF I want you to spend some time studying up on Abu Mus'ab al-Suri...he was one of the founders of Al Qaeda and the GIA...he wrote a 1,600 page book...on the next generation of jihadists...he called them the "Third Generation"...it will give you insight into these local cells that are popping up across the globe.
