Well you haven’t tasted mine. They are a terror beyond a terror. Water, salt & pepper, 2 TBSP butter and gently simmer for not less than 30 minutes, after they have come to a rolling boil for 2 minutes. I seldom eat them but Roomey has them at least twice a week. He’s a grit freak. He eats them even with jelly. uck.
