Besides a proper diet, they need fresh water also. Change it everyday, and wash the water bowl. Poor cat has a bladder infection. It may require antibiotics to get it cleared up.

My cat refuses to touch his clean water in the water bowl. He prefers to climb up to our fish tank and drink the gold fish water. He won’t eat the fish, but drinks their water.
