It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World

Ben Blue Airline Bump!

Bullit, hands down.

All of the others were cheap imitations.

French Connection.

Bullit is overrated.

None from the original 'The Italian Job'?

...For comedic efforts, Blues Brothers and Raising Arizona (car, truck, foot and dog chases all wrapped together on that one) are the best...

Comedy - What's Up Doc
Action - Bullitt is the best. The Seven-Ups was good too.

like William Shatner's piece on that old TV episode of The Twilight Zone.

Which one? He was in a couple....

So was Dennis Weaver. Heard him pushing his hydrogen car a year or two before his death. He credited his Twilight Zone appearances with breaking him out of the "Chester" typecast.

In a world long ago, Steve and a bunch of riders would
cool off with a beer underneath a tractor trailer out at the Greenhorn enduro in the mojave desert, I drank a coke. He was
my hero.

The airliner one; I think its episode title was something like "Terror at 30,000 Feet" or something like that.

Bullitt, Bourne Identity...and Batman Begins. Maybe Blues Brothers.

(notice that they all start with a B...could it mean something?)

Yeh. Bullitt. I’ve driven some of those streets. You couldn’t pay me to do that sort of stuff even on a closed course.

Ronin is tempting. The actors were not the cool, calm and collected types but looked more real.

Vanishing Point is a great flick—and so is the original Gone in 60 Seconds—if I recall its big chase scene was at least partly shot illegally on open public streets!
