ESPN and there hype machine is funny. Alot of the whispers before the draft was that Quinn would go in the 20’s, and maybe slip into the 2nd round. Complaints were accuracy and not checking down and forcing the pass, also he was too beefed up from weight lifting. Kiper must serve his ESPN masters and they probably figured Quinn would make a good hype and controversy when not taken top 5.

As a J-E-T-S fan I’m thrilled with the move. They got one of the top two corners in the draft by trading one of their two second rounders and swapping a five for a six. Since most personnel directors say there are only 15-18 legitimate first round talents in this draft they made sure they got the best player available at their biggest need position. There is no way he or Hall would have been available at 25.
