Years ago my husband drove a grain truck and delivered to places such as Quaker Oats, etc. He said that before you
dumped your load you were required to release insecticide in the grain by way of “bombs” (cans). Once the load was determined to be “fit” to dump, you dumped it all...insecticide, insecticide cans, and dead bugs.

Food processing plants take almost anything by charging elevators/farmers etc ‘dockage’.
Not so with pet food processors.
