The weird thing about the promo for it is the announcer guy caller her Amanda.

But really, since last season I’ve been catching up on all the SG1’s since I only watch it beginning with the Ori, well, some boring episodes from 2003 where they do a space race and the one where the people have a chip on their head, but they tend to do the same shows over again but usually with a twist, like they’re connected and a continuation more then just redoing.

So far, the worst episode of all is the one where they go to the planet with the American Indians. Awful, simplistic, offensive. The American Indians are all portrayed as 2 year olds or otherwise mentally impaired. It’s a good think the space monsters they live with bury their stargate.

Oh yeah, and how stupid were those space monsters? Can’t even think of burying the stargate on their own. Some super advanced space race they turned out to be.

Maybe that one takes place in alternate universe were everyone is a moron?

That heavy-handed "noble savage" theme persisted through the ST Voyager series. I never got a chance to see the original series airing and am catching up now. Awful doesn't begin to describe it.
That, and some fantasy episodes written apparently by gays on crack makes watching certain episodes truly painful.
