I think nutri-system is a lot about portion control. I’ll just stick to my semi-Atkins so I can still have my queen olive marinated in a martini.
I’ve sort of modified my Adkins routine, as well. I’m eating ANY/All fresh fruits and Vegtables, but without sauces and other carb/calorie laden stuff in them.
I’m avoiding bread, pasta and potatoes, except at on rare occasions.
Should have added that I use No Carb mixer if there is a need to weaken the marinade for my limes and lemons.
