AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 2268) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | April 9, 2007 | All of Us

Posted on 04/09/2007 4:51:10 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!

Good morning!!

We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!

Iran will announce its nuclear plans today.

Charlotte, NC, broke an 84-year-old record for lowest temperature today. Locally, we only went down as low as 29F, which was five degrees above the record.

Otherwise, an apparently quiet morning newswise.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Good analysis of the Elizabeth Edwards article, prairiebreeze. I like the old guy too! The neighbor’s land has been in his family since the Great Depression, and the Edwards multimillionaires are the newbies in the neighborhood.

Edwards multimillionaires

Did either one of them come from money? I know Breck Girl made scads of dough suing doctors who had the misfortune of delivering babies afflicted with cerebral palsy for instance, but I was trying to remember if either Liz or Girlyboy was wealthy to start with......?

I still get a laugh from that Abbot & Costella routine of "Who's On First"!

Good Morning!

Her dad was in the military and they moved around a lot. His dad, as he constantly reminded us, was a mill worker...manager, not a linthead (which he did not feveal). So, I guess we could classify them as nouveau riche.

feveal = reveal (Memo to self: use spell checker.)

GOOD A.M. MOST HONORABLE CHAIR, ALL. FROM THE ‘WARMER’ MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA, BRUISED BUT FEMA DID COME AND GET THE FEMA TRAILER THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF, WE HAD TO PROVIDE THE RECORDS (HONEST FOLKS LIVE LONGER YA KNOW), WHO IN THE HECK WOULD WANT ONE OF THOSE THINGS ANYHOW!!....

Think I am going to start on my garden today AFTER I go and get me some little chicks and little turkeys. Oh, by the way something got ALL of Al’s tail feathers and I mean all of them. Bill sure has been strutting lately, I just wonder———.

Imus got himself in a world of trouble it sounds like, maybe it will notch him down a line or two, he needs it.

My day is going to be full, I figure that I am going to have to clean my ‘shack in the back’ as with all the bad weather we have had I have a lot of sand on the floor, thanks to Jason which I do not mind, he is my ‘bud’.

We are going to look at some different shrubs today (see, told you it was going to be hectic dding’t I) and I am going to move some we have in front to by shack.....

Oh well, got to get my day started, I will be checking in from time to time to see what is going on.

Have a good and happy day today and, be safe.
Toby

Reporting back on duty in NOVA, Sir! Now fully retired from the military and a bone fide member in good standing of the "Old Fart's Club - Junior Service"!

Jack absolutely blossomed out in Las Cruces with his Grandmother! She took him clothes shopping last Thursday and then told me that for the first time, she really felt like a Grandmother.

When we left, the rabbit population on her property was significantly lower and much less cavalier about showing themselves. The pack rat population was also lower. Jack and his pellet rifle done good!
