Lin Wood has filed a slander suit against Virgie. No other big news today. Stern Files Slander Suit Against Virgie Arthur's Lawyer I have a sneaking suspicion this is actually what O'Q wanted. I think he's been baiting the Stern...trying to manuever Howard into the courtroom where he'll have to answer some direct questioning (especially, after seeing how poorly HKS did on the stand in FL).

I was thinking about this. I know Virgie doesn’t have the money to pay for an o’Quinn. O’Quinn dooes’t need the money, but maybe since it is pro bono, she had to do things “his way” She may have no choice in the matter of what is going on. I know how lawyers are.
