I think the will is due to get tossed. The fact that it is exclusionary from the beginning of time until the end of time excepting for Daniel leaves no way to dispose of her assets.

Howard was the Executor ONLY BECAUSE Daniel was a minor and the entire estate was to go to Daniel eventually. Howard was his Guardian but that is "dead", too.

Howard was trying to ASSUME guardianship of Dannie Lynn via the will, "fatherhood", residency...It was a house of cards.
