I “thought” I had read that their was a second suit filed against Virgie. I’m trying to find an article. I hope I’m not wrong and misled you guys!

I spent Easter in Asheville NC and my granddaughter’s school had a special on Mother Earth for Grandparents’ Day. I found it very sweet that they are teaching K-8 how to respect and care for nature.

That’s the thing, you don’t have to believe that global warming is man made, or that we are ruining the planet by not having white spotted owls or whatnot. BUT, it doesn’t take an idiot to not want to preserve our resources, trees included. And hemp use for paper and such has nothing to do with pot. And the oil is good for your heart, with no ‘high’ either. I try to teach my girls to respect the earth. She feeds us. Not the local Superwalmart.

Yes, thanks for these links - they do say Stern is suing Virgie Arthur. Maybe that is really the case and Stern tried to spin it at first so that it would seem he was suing the grandmother - but the “rich” lawyer. It would be important to find out if it is indeed Virgie he is suing since Virgie is NOT wealthy while John OQuinn IS. I would be surprised for him to sue Virgie direclty. Maybe he is suing both. I don’t know. Either way it’s horrible for Virgie and for OQuinn.

Usually the best way to search is by title (date)
meant to say - so it would seem like he was NOT suing the grandmother (sympathy person) but was suing the rich lawyer (not sympathetic).
I could be reading them wrong, but it seems lie it is both. O’Quinn is the one with deep pockets though.
I think he saw her in her non-drug phase and liked the person she was. We have heard from many people that knew her before she was in her ultimate state and they all talked about what a nice person she was ... so full of life and fun-loving. I tend to believe that about her. It is really sad to think how her life ended up. I hope LB will let DL know the good qualities her mother had in spite of all the bad.

You know, as gross as that Kimmy pukes in a hat episode was, she was so nurturing to her. Patting her shoulder, giving her napkins and stuff. That’s yucky I know, but she wasn’t completely selfish with those she loved. I’m sure Larry saw that part of her and wanted it all the time. The addict in her just couldn’t give him that all the time. Addicts are like that.

Yes - so it seems. We’ll find out for sure in the coming days. I think it’s a planned diversion so Virgie and O’Quinn cannot sue for wrongful death after the Daniel inquest (or before).
