This is very depressing. Why does Goat have his cloven hooves involved with custody of DL?? Why does his mangey, flea-bitten self have any say about ANYTHING Dannilynn? I almost don’t even want to know what’s going on anymore. He always wins...and it makes me sad...

Oh, that’s O’Q’s posturing. He’s pushing that and Virgie has to go along, so he won’t hit her with a big bill and will keep funding her part of the fight. He’s probably paying Rose right now, too.

Yes, the contractors were working on the ‘Pink House’, but stopped ALL work on the very day Anna died. Funny you mentioned the Gibson the family. IIRC, King Eric was in charge of the remodeling project on the house. Just the other day, it was said the bath tub is still lying in the yard. The purchase of the house was probably as a back-up, just in case the scam on Horizons fell threw and Anna/Stern would need another residency to continue the hiding out of baby DL from Larry B.

I hope that Larry has not been mezmorized by HKS during his time of bonding with DL at Horizons. Ya gotten know that HKS is whispering sweet words into Larry’s ear, of how talented he is and how much money and perhaps the Horizon home, only HKS can get for Larry and DL, if only LB plays by HKS’s rules.

Hopefully Larry knows how difficult it is for a lepord to change its spots. HKS and his team of ghouls, err I mean lawyers, fought tooth and nail to keep Larry away from his daughter. Imo, HKS does NOTHING, unless it benifits him.

Did you know homeowners will cover that? I didn’t until it happened to a friend of mine and the insurance replaced her computer that blew in a thunder storm.

Unfortunately most computers nowadays are relatively cheap and most deductibles are $500. It would come in handy to claim it if other stuff damaged. I had a lightening storm that burned down my mother’s house (so I came out easy) burn out two TV’s and computer. SO the combo of all items more than deductible.

They are gone from my area. Thank goodness! I have to give my old golden a tranquilizer...he gets so scared. Poor thing.

I’m east of Dallas...Rockwall-Kaufman County line. It was freaky here for a bit! And, my 3 sons live in different parts of Dallas. All were getting tornado sirens! arghhhhhhhhhh

Thanks for article concerning the Defamation Suit Filed by Leroy, against John O’Quinn. Guess they are first going after the individual with the deepest pockets. I noticed the now famous Barth is also involved in the suit against O’Quinn.

I’m really sickened by this suit. ;( ;(

Well, then.. if Virgie has the best interest of Dannielynn in mind why didn't she go into court today and say I am very happy my granddaughter has a father who wants to love and care for her and am willing to withdraw my request for custody. I know he will do the right thing...

Had she done so, since HKS has already agreed to a transition to LB ASAP. The court would have had nothing more to do other than ask if all parties are in agreement and ask for the findings CPS had regarding LB's home and capability of caring for his child (things like he took child rearing classes as well as CPR already)....

But, no... Virgie is not willing to withdraw her petition so everything remains in limbo and that baby remains with HKS until it is sorted out between Larry and Virgie.

That's the way I'm looking at it as well.

I view Stern saying that he was looking forward to working with Birkhead towards sole custody as nothing more then blackmail under the guise of goodwill and here's why:

As I understand it, there is a petition pending in the courts for custody since February by first Virgie, followed by Birkhead. Since Stern has made stipulations to his "gracious" offer not to contest, this leaves Birkhead unable to gain unfettered custody from Stern unless he refuses to negotiate with Arthur. Let's also not forget that part of the stipulation also includes Stern maintaining control of the estate. We at least know the latter is unacceptable to Arthur.

Stern also dangles an unprobated will that could be litigated indefinitely if Stern opted to really drag his heels and Birkhead knows it. There are remedies to that threat, but it's costly and a headache I'm sure Birkhead would rather avoid.

I predict a Bahamas court getting severely pissed off if Virgie and Larry don't come to terms and forcing decisions on all of them and personally, I hope it comes to that!

People forget that it's up to the court to make a decision here since the petitions are on the docket.

The court is asking Arthur and Birkhead to come up with a proposed agreement, without Stern. That development alone should tell people what the court thinks of Stern's stipulations. But ultimately, it will be the court who makes the final order, not Howard K. Stern.
