Isn’t that why he was hired - Nazarian? Isn’t that his bread and butter, that he is a scarey guy?

Really crappy that ANS’s money can be used this way, but that’s how she left it. The only persons who MIGHT protect DL, and then only if there’s enough public outcry to compell them to do so to save face, are the various state Attorney Generals. All the other legal and media dealings are going to be compromised by this thug/intimidation factor.

hummm...I forget where I read that there was some speculation that KE might have had some of Anna’s diaries...I wonder if she also gave her this picture? Makes me sick to think of KE benefiting off of Anna’s death.

I think it’s beyond interesting — it seems obvious. Both HKS and KE need to lawyer up.

Probably HKS can access any of ANS’s money in checking and savings as her probable survivor beneficiary on those accounts. As such he wouldn’t need to auction off anything or wait for any probate or custody ruling.

However KE also likely had some ANS memorabilia and according to ebay records the ANS diaries and the current ANS painting were/are both sold by LA based, individual accounts with no previous seller histories.

If either KE or HKS is auctioning and profiting from their ANS items it certainly should be something the IRS looks into as reportable income. Substantial reportable income. Otherwise it will pass via BS’s CPA skills to them in some undetectable manner.

Gosh, I hope not. I noticed quite a few seemed to really back down after Sanchez/Barf made their ridiculous threats...and those who didn’t, are still being careful to say ‘alleged’, etc.

As they both should be....I’ll tell you...Tuesday can’t come soon enough for me. I just hope HKS has run out of ways to prevent the DNA from being revealed and here’s to hoping the Bahamians have had enough of Team Stern, authorities force him to give over the baby, and force him to stay (arrest him if they have to) until the inquest is through. Maybe they have the same laws that Aruba had...where they can just arrest him and interrogate him until they’re good and ready to release him.

I forget where it's cited, but I seem to recall that lawyers are immune to defamatory lawsuits while defending their clients. So O'Quinn is probably laughing at that one. Nowhere else do I see anyone interviewed in the media calling Stern a "murderer". What I do see is Nazarian calling his client a "victim", which is just as presumptive, only Nazarian doesn't have the protection of attorney/client privileges.

As far as using names to intimidate, that's all it is: Intimidation tactics and posturing. Lin Wood didn't succeed in suing for monetary damages in his defamation suit for the Ramseys. Where's the bravado and precedent he has set?

Nazarian is going to do what? Use his previous law enforcement connections to spy on people and/or gather personal information on them? I hope he's going to get that from public records then because it's against Federal Law (which he well knows) to use state agencies/databases to obtain said information.

Not only that, if you obtain information illegally to conduct an investigation that winds up in litigation, (and it will come out how he obtained it), you not only put your license on the line for revocation, charges can be brought up to the Federal level and you put the entire case in jeopardy of being thrown out of court. Not to mention the jail time.

You're right. The Will has not been probated. There's not even a minute chance it will be probated in the Bahamas. If O'Quinn's suspicions are true that Stern is already accessing estate funds (and that's what I took away from at least one interview - correct me if I'm wrong), Stern is guilty of misappropriation and if proven, it will catch up with him sooner of later. I wouldn't doubt that this is what O'Quinn is looking into and Stern is retaliating by pulling out Hollywood Thug-Looking types who are of no consequence to O'Quinn.

Outside of the media hype, my pick would be O'Quinn as the biggest threat to Stern right now; especially since he refuses to get entangled in negotiations. It is his client who has been prejudiced, both in the media, litigations, by Stern and members of Stern's camp.

I don't speak for O'Quinn, but I'd bet my bottom dollar he's thinking, "Defamation, indeed!"

Evidentally it did contain some inconsistencies, if Psych Watch is correct and the Board of Psychiatry cannot do anything about her license, then that part trying to say why she didn’t want to do the prescribing is incorrect in the original (not taken down on TMZ?) post.

I’m guessing from what I’ve seen of probate and executor situations that Wood’s designation as “representing the executor of the estate” is simply to attempt to justify, in advance of probate, the accounts from which Wood is being paid. I think HKS is just being pre-emptive so that those monies do not have to be (unless challenged) subject to being repaid from HKS’s private funds.

Remember the case of the two families (two decades ago) finding out their two daughters were accidently switched at birth?

The girls were around 8yrs old when the hospital discovered the mix up due to one girl needing medical care and through that it was revealed she was not the bio of her folks.
Years of court battle ensued it really messed up the other bio kid who only new her non bio dad as her father (I believe the wife non bio mom died from cancer).

Not to give HKS any ideas but that could be another stall tactic.
Claiming DannyLynnn was switched at birth...and before DNA can be done we have to find the real DannyLynn.
