Yes you would They need to THINK! Do not assume! THINK! They assume nothing could happen to that baby and God willing, it won’t. But they should NOT ASSUME. Not when we have two women who took care of the baby saying she might be in danger there!
Yes they are. Sick. They are having elections soon. Prayers that something happens to bring in a non-corrupt government for a change. (The current government is of the liberal persuasion, I believe).

Well - am glad to hear that about the judge. But WHO keeps postponing the inquest???? It has been postponed ad infinitum. Every day it is not heard is a day that the possible needed exhumation of Daniel NOT even going to be a consideration? Was thinking today - with all the forensic knowledge out there - even with a badly decomposing body - can they detect something like Chloral Hydrate? In the bones? sorry to give that image but that is all there will be if this hearing keeps being put off indefinitely....

What does the delay of getting Stern out of the Thompson’s house say to potential investers or home buyers in the Bahamia’s, when the Bahamian Govt don’t enforce their own laws.
It sends a message that “Invest in Our Bananna Republic” at YOUR OWN risk.

That’s interesting, but he could still have had survivor beneficiary designation... Someone has to be so designated on checking, savings, MMkts et. And there had to be someone re-designated as such
to assume the personal account as a survivor beneficiary, one would have to produce both a death certificate and a copy of the will to the bank.
to sign personal checks for someone other than yourself, you'd need a POA. Even with a POA, you do NOT sign their name. You sign your name, with the designation "(comma) POA".
Generally, banks require you to produce a notarized POA for the bank's files, and banks have their own form that the actual account holder hs to sign, either notarized signature or come-to-the-bank signature, and their own form for the POA to sign, for recognized signature.
There are very stiff legal directives concerning the responsibilities of anyone holding a POA, as Stern should very well know.
