LOL on CTV Message boards... that place is simply bizarre with the strangest moderating I have ever experienced. A few weeks ago she was busted private messaging her followers and assisted them in setting up “hidden threads”. Her followers are pro HKS and anyone that doesn’t agree with them seems to eventually get banned.
I was banned several weeks ago for posting that I would kiss HKS’s hairy butt on the Bahamian court house steps if he were depositing ALL income from ANS into a trust for DL that he did not absolutely control!
The HKS/Coldwater groupies kept promoting the myth that HKS had set up a trust with Milstein in control and those that stuck pins into that balloon had to be removed from the discussion.
I presume the rumor about a deal between Howard Stern and Larry Birkhead is untrue. If true, there will be allegations of collusion and conspiracy.
Scary! I would definitely be shocked if LB is NOT the father!

I’m betting on both. The trump card being sufficient means of making a living without her license so that a Medical Board investigation is realtively meaningless unless subsequent criminal procedures are threatened.

HKS is a manipulator and as the legal landscape changes he is like a chameleon that tries to figure out his next chess move. When it became clear that he was destined to lose the baby to either LB or VA he decided to throw in with the one he knew he might have some chance of influencing...LB.
Like ANS her mom holds a grudge and she despises HKS and there simply was no hope that he could ever develop any lucrative relationship with that camp.
HKS is hoping that LB will make some sort of “deal” with him to continue to represent the estate for some percentage. It may be in LB’s best interest to work something out for a reduced percentage as HKS knows all of the business dealings, corporations, checking accounts etc... LB could hire an attorney for the estate for a split on the fee to include a percentage for HKS.
Time will tell...

That has to be the single worst-written thing I’ve read in YEARS. I cannot believe someone was paid to write so poorly.
Here but have a dental appt at 2:30. :( It is a quick one so HOPEFULLY I’ll make it back before the results come in.

I know what you mean. I go look every now and then to see what they are talking about, but I can’t tolerate it in large doses. Too may inflated liberal egos over there. I don’t contribute any posts.
If the CMB investigation finds criminal activity can they press charges? Or do they just take the license?
