Happened at a drinking party at one of the kid’s homes, girl passed out drunk, other kids at the party dumped her in a park after it was over.
Kids were indicted by a grand jury, and will be tried as adults.
The actual facts are grewsome and perverted. You can read the full story in the Idaho Statemens archives using google. The girl was violently penetraded and abused. In Idaho, young age in a violent crime,is considered but can be overridden by the prosecuting attorneys.

From your original post, I couldn’t tell if the incident had happened at school or off campus, which is why I looked. The dumping the vicim also seemed a relevant factor.
Still missing details include whether the parents of the perp were at home or not, and whether or not they condoned the party.
These preverts, soon to be former home owners, need to be charged.

I’m with you! A lot of slack seems to have been cut here. Those punks need to go to jail and so do a lot of others who thought it was all fun and games.
