Since Nancy Pelosi is Speaker of the House she can be impeached. Due to her promotion as Speaker this made it possible for the American People to have her impeached. We need the papers drawn up. Any one who knows about this please let us we the people know. Its time for this islamic radicalist Pelosi to go. She is visiting Terrorists--she has access to our Nations Security.. This needs to occur now For being the first woman speaker she has offended many women in America as well as showed the world a poor example of what women in America are like. She sold us out--now to confirm all the monies she and others have taken from our enemies she has to go in person.
If we are lucky her plane will go down on the way over and she will be the lone casualty.

Let it go. Madame Speaker isn't going anywhere for now. She received a majority of vote from the House of Representatives. She is not going anywhere unless we can gain majority back in 2008.
She wouldn't get impeached, just swapped for another democrat speaker. The best way to rid us of Nancy would be to put her party back into the minority. The leftists are going to get rid of her anyway since she won't defund the war. Oh, and another way to get rid of her would be for Hugo Chavez to run against her for her seat in Congress.

As a Distinguished Representative to the Congress, the Almighty Speaker Distinguished Representative Her Eminence Nancy Pelosi cannot face impeachment; however, the House may expel her:
" Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member."
The Courts also may convict and punish her for sedition or treason against these United States; however, such punishment would not affect her status in the House and must conform to two restrictions:
" The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place."
The Schedule of Emanations and Penumbras requires the President and his subordinates in the executive branch to make all personnel and prosecution decisions in such manner as shall best glorify the might and power of Democrats in the Congress or their illusion thereof.
What gives you the idea that a Speaker can be impeached? The Constitution refers to impeachment for "officers of the United States," who are members of the executive branch, or against judges.
The House can expel her, or she can be removed from office in an election.
