Do Print Screen then open up Paint and then do Paste. Cut the image as appropriate.

The Photographs suck anyway because their resolution is so bad. Either that or they intentionaly fog the photos up to coerce you into paying for their service.
I have tried their Global earth photos and they are lousy and my PC is NO Slouch.

The screen print option is your best. If you need a smaller section than your full screen that Print Screen gives you, you can download a program like ScreenPrint32 from Download.com to capture a specific area of the screen.
