I was just trying to print a google map satellite shot of a property close to my home. I guess Google may have a copyright on printing their satellite views??? I can print the "road map" version no problem but not the photography.
Anyone know of a way such can be printed, or another site where I might find similar info that can be printed?
Thanks in advance!!
Screenshot?
Do Print Screen then open up Paint and then do Paste. Cut the image as appropriate.
Not familiar with "print screen" I guess I'm not to savvy on this, the above poster suggested "screen shot" as well, not sure how to do either.
Sorry for being a dummy.
The Photographs suck anyway because their resolution is so bad. Either that or they intentionaly fog the photos up to coerce you into paying for their service.
I have tried their Global earth photos and they are lousy and my PC is NO Slouch.
Oooops...........got it now!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!
Another way to get smaller sections is to crop the screen shot in just about any graphics program.
Hmmmm....I have a couple of PC's here....they both have it on the "Insert/Print Screen" key. With one, you press Ctrl (key at the bottom left) and the "Insert/Print Screen" button....on the other it looks like you just hit the "Print Screen" button -- I think Shift plus this button gets you "Insert." On other keyboards I think "Print Screen" has its own key.
Alt-PrintScrn will just copy the current window to the clipboard.
