My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

I think your response is a little jaded. ROTFLOL
Jim’s passing was a great lose to be sure.
Oh too, dull in here for you??

Very funny video. Read a report once where a water carrying aircraft used to put out fires sucked up a scuba diver and dumped him into the fire.

Clouds are rolling in and the thermometer is heading back down. Beautiful day while it lasted. The tunes are a welcome break with a cuppa and the paper.

Not dull at all. Enjoying every moment. I have been sitting most of the day. There were only 2 things that got me out of the chair. Coffee was one of them.

I see, well I have not done much today myself. It’s okay, too. ;)
To: Soaring Feather
No. They discovered his body with his mask and scuba suit burned to his body. The investigator did not immediately figure out this mystery until later. Imagine what the investigator originally thought.

Good, sounds like you have been busy and needed a break.
BTW Ol Don Piano did not work for me when you posted it on the other thread. Wondered if you knew.
To: NY Attitude
Oh my goodness, he never knew what hit him. Best way I guess.

This is only part of the story.
THE NEXT TIME YOU THINK YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY: Fire authorities in California found a corpse in a burned out section of forest while assessing the damage done by a forest fire.
The deceased male was dressed in a full wet suit, complete with SCUBA tanks on his back, flippers, and face mask.
A post-mortem revealed that the person died not from burns, but from massive internal injuries.
Dental records provided a positive identification. Investigators then set about to determine how a fully clad diver ended up in the middle of a forest fire.
It was revealed that, on the day of the fire, the person went for a diving trip off the coast some 20 miles away from the forest. The firefighters, seeking to control the fire as quickly as possible, called in a fleet of helicopters with very large dip buckets. Water was dipped from the ocean then flown to the forest fire and emptied. You guessed it.
One minute our diver was making like Flipper in the Pacific, the next he was doing the breast stroke in a fire dip bucket 300 feet in the air. Apparently he extinguished exactly 5’-10” of the fire. Some days it just doesn’t pay to get out of bed! This article was taken from the California Examiner, March 20, 1998

This is awesome! We all should think like this.
Today is no special day and I have no particular reason for writing to you....
I have no news to tell you....
nor any problems to discuss with you....
or gossip to tell you...
It's only one of those happy moments...
when I thought of you...
and I would like to share these thoughts with you...

Yes, I was told Old Don didn’t work. Gotta see if I can fix him.
