My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Cruddy weather here is to last most of the week. It’s dark and drizzly and dank.

Oh shoot, we have that coming at the end of the week. Snow showers, too. Today is lovely so I will hang in there.

I just noticed my Primrose are blooming. Brave little flowers.

One forecaster told us that Wednesday’s rain could turn to snow, then the sick bastard excitedly reminded us that it has snowed as late as May 10th.

Oh yeah, big bundle of joy - not.

We have those late snows too. Not fun.

Just saw another local forecaster and he predicts only two days of rain, not five.

You know who I’m rooting for!

All us Mass. Republicans have a great sense of humor.

There’s a lot to laugh at.

I guess that you could start with most of the politicians from the Great State of Mass.

Granted, it takes many years for a Pubby to reach the laughter stage when it comes to Mass. politicians, but it saves some of our sanity to do so.

Unfortunately Mass doesn't’t have a lock on bad or stupid politicians, they are all over. I think that the Nanny State has more than it’s share.

Mass. politicians are my biggest bother. There could possibly even be more crooked pols in other states. The Clinton Clan lunges to mind . . .

I think Feinstein just got caught up in a scandal regarding her husband’s business and the contracts let to him.

Years ago I read some nasty things about Feinstein. Which reminds me, I haven’t read about a female Dem who wasn’t a bitch with no ethics.

Yes you are correct. Now we have Pelosi visiting with pencil neck thereby undermining the President. Unfortunately, we do not make these people accountable for their actions while America is at war. People like Reid and Murtha should be hung for aiding and abetting the enemy.

In 1935, Reza Pahlavi changed the name of Persia to Iran to curry Germany’s favor.

Now they have taken up Hitler’s goal to rule the world.

What is wrong with the people who don’t want to fight against this?

I believe that was the deposed Shah’s father. To this day jimmuh carter still spouts his bulls*it. The man is a fool and should have never been President. We are paying today for his failure and mistakes. If the courts can try Pinochet, they should be able to try jimmuh for initial and continued stupidity.
