Location: The Heritage Foundation's Lehrman Auditorium Evan Sayet has been a top Hollywood writer and producer for more than 20 years. His credits range from The Arsenio Hall Show to Politically Incorrect. After the Sept. 11 attacks, Sayet decided to step from behind the camera and speak out in his own voice that of one of the nations top political satirists. At Heritage, his entertaining yet quite serious lecture will examine the modern liberal mindset and how it can lead to siding with evil over good and behaviors that produce failure rather than success. |

I remember one night at Siro’s when people were being stupid, and you called the waiter over and asked him, “Are there no standards?” and that is what it took to get those people to act like human beings in a public place. “Are there no standards?” I think Evan Sayet has found that standard by which those people live..... Why are you in a Marriott? Are you at the races again?
As far as I'm concerned, the only place racing today is Saratoga. Sharon and I are out in LA for a wedding this afternoon. I certainly wouldn't choose a no-smoking Marriott (even though I wouldn't smoke in the room when Sharon is around) but this is the hotel recommended for wedding guests, so were here.

I think you’re right — but it would be nice to have an All feature that does do someting like that. It’s tedious to build a little ping list by hand when you want to reply to several posters on a thread. I always botch the spellings and have to go back and correct at least once.
ping for later
Most average Dems, being Dems, are almost completely ignorant about what their party stands for...which is basically nihilistic socialism. I'd say that while a great many libs are indeed socialists, a great many are also nothing more than pleasure-loving nihilists who don't really believe in anything except what gives them a momentary thrill. As Sayet so expertly elucidated.
I found an interesting website that offers some ex-Muslims’ view on how to prevent islamization of societies
