I'm willing to bet that the Iranians grabbed these sailors so that they could bargain with them to get their General back who recently disappeared in Turkey. That attempted maneuver will almost certainly occur at sometime during the next several days.

How about the Brits seize THEIR embassy until the Iranians release them? That's a tactic that Ahmadinejad would understand.
The British wouldn't have to invade, or launch 1000 missiles. But they could pursue politics "by other means" to express their displeasure.
