Good morning to you too, how is it 'there', snow expected???? I woke up last night when spring sprung, just hate that noise, grass laughing, flowers starting to bloom, giving out all that sweet smell, birds singing louder than normal, even Al and Bill crowing like they had a megaphone.

Good morning! MUCH warmer in the morning hours this morning. Seems to be in the high 40's outside. Once the sun is up I imagine it will warm up pretty quickly.

Over the weekend I started some annual seeds and also tomatoes and peppers. I started 60 tomatoes (Better Boy and Early Girl) and 60 pepper plants (several varieties of bell peppers and some hot peppers). We will see how well I do at seed starting.

If it warms up enough I am going to clear out the flower beds around the patio and up by the back porch. Bulbs are starting to come up and I would like them to show without a surrounding of straw, sticks, and leaves.

Hubby is home today with a severe cold, which I think he caught from the grandkids. He went back to bed, and I am puttering around trying to not make too much noise.

Yes. There is snow expected in the higher elevations.

Last week I went interior to a location toward the southside of this island. We climbed over 11,000 to make it over the mountains. The village I went to is in the swamps beyond the mountains. The land there is very very flat. The villagers, less than a generation ago, were cannibals. Now, there is an active Christian church and there is a family of translators conducting a survey prior to translating the Scriptures.
