You may be right on the terms of disbarment. Here's hoping that it will be the least of his worries.
How about this description of Nifong's chicanery from the NC Bar Association's rebuttal to Nifong's motion to dismiss the charges against him (page 12):
"It is worth noting that the content of each Order was based on Nifong's misrepresentations to the Court as alleged in the Amended Complaint. Therefore, Nifong is effectively arguing that he can make false statements to a court which result in the entry of an order, and then use the order that is based on his misrepresentations to claim he committed no discovery violation."
The sooner he is disbarred & publicly humiliated the better. I still want him in handcuffs. If his actions aren't criminal, they should be.

The article is factual but the headline is a riot!
That's the way I read it, but this is only a motion to dismiss. It still leaves proceedings to find the facts of the case - tho that would seem to be largely a matter of public record.
Now, it is time for criminal and civil trials of Liefong, the Group of 88, $harpton, Je$$ie HiJack$on and the new Black Panthers.

It is time to debar LieFong, frog march him to criminal courts to be tried for conspiracy and malfeasance. Then frog march him over to civil trials by the players and their parents, the coaches and anyone who came close to being lynched by the black racist and mediots of America.
