Lucky you! I enjoyed my time (years ago) in Toyko and other areas. Was there for 4 weeks.. And Lucky you NOW IN DC..(despite the crappy weather, ) I am supposed to be there also.. I am SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. here is what happened to me that I could not attend & didn't know until about 11 this morning..

yes true re: God making it pretty firm, where the decision was. Did you read about my dream the night before? well, more of a nightmare. I posted it on same thread to ohioWfan..

. The color was done this morning. I forgot about it with the distractions from mechanics calls & my subsequent "scramble" calls.. It was to be on 35 min & it was on about hour and half. It is probably close to my natural color(which I haven't seen in decades)

and I had a simply terrible dream last night ... I dreamt I was at DC at the rally with all my friends & there was some yelling, shoving & some nasty interaction with the bad guys.. heard shots & my two dogs were shot & killed..

We didn't have as much as NE NY this past winter & we did NOT set any national records but we had a LOT of it & a LOT of very cold weather. It is always beautiful to look at & photograph but man, it is such a pain to "deal with". Here are some pix a few weeks ago of my house/yard.

Thanks but that one is very easy. This pix is NOT that close as many of me you see posted. Farther back doesn't show sags, bags & wrinkles as much.. really.. that is it~

Corky is doing fine this week, she is eating a good amount again, although in the mornings, we have to force feed her a little before we give her insulin so she won't go into low blood sugar and into a coma which is dangerous. A retest did show no kidney damage so her kidneys seem to be OK. Glad we caught it in time because I know diabeties can kill the kidneys over time. She eats a lot on her own though except for the mornings. Yesterday, I laid on the bed with her as my "teddy bear" as I watched Pitt play Wright on my 1966 Sony B&W set. I know mom later put the game on the color but I wanted to be with Corky so I watched it in black and white. B-)
