I read the original story on Drudge then searched for it here. It is amazing how many ways the writer tried to make excuses for the victim -- "it takes a while for her to get comfortable with the new prosecuters", "she feels beat up by the system", etc. With all the evidence pointing to a non-offense, why this is even being pursued is beyond me. Unfortunately, if it ever gets to trial, you may have a Libby type jury who will convict on the flimiest evidence. Just remember, if you are a member of a minority, you are always a victim and can get away with anything, including lying to prosecuters. If you are a white (and Republican) you will be convicted for a bad memory.
